My name is Jeremy Lemm. I’m a Realtor in Washington and Idaho, but I haven’t always been in Real Estate. I am a Veteran of 22+ years of service in the Army.
I started my career with the Washington State National Guard as a 19K M-1 Tank crewmember in 1994, during my junior and senior years of high school. I joined active duty in May 1996 as an aircraft electrician. I spent time in Campbell, KY; Fort Wainwright, AK; and Fort Lewis, WA, where I deployed to Iraq in support of the Global War on Terrorism twice. After that, I went to Fort Eustis, VA to be an instructor for my job. I went back to Fort Wainwright, AK, and finally to Fort Bragg, NC, where I deployed to Afghanistan once. In October 2016, I officially retired from the Army as a Sergeant First Class.
I attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and I have a Master’s in Occupational Safety, and a Bachelor’s in Professional Aeronautics, with minors in Safety and Management.
After retiring from the Army, I decided to go into Real Estate. I’ve been part of the Coldwell Banker Tomlinson team since May 2017. As someone who has been a buyer, a seller, and a Realtor, I know the ups and downs of buying and selling a home. The Army taught me discipline, problem-solving, and persistence—all of which continue to benefit my career as a Realtor. I’ll use my experience and resources to give you the best experience possible with your Inland Northwest Real Estate Adventure.
